In 1989 in Poland has been announced the end of communism. Polish legislation had to change for new conditions of capitalist market. In this time two businessmen Andrzej Gasiorowski and Boguslaw Bagsik set up a company Art-B. In short period company multiplied its capital from 100 thousands PLZ in 1989 to 300 billions PLZ in 1990 becoming one of the biggest company in Poland. In 1991 Bagsik and Gasiorowski leave the Poland. Poland displayed arrest warrant for them accusing them for 4,2 billiard PLZ fraud against polish bank system. Doccumentary narrated by Gasiorowski and Bagsik show their beginnings, activity of Art-B, its influence in polish market and founder's view on Art-B scandal.
