But the more glorious past of Anyang (a Buddhist term for "paradise") is also remembered by few. Thousand years ago, for example, there was a huge temple in Anyang. During his research into Buddhism and the history of Anyang, director Park follows the temple excavations, searches for the 500-year-old "grandmother's tree" and listens to what the stones can tell us. The future presents itself in the form of mayoral elections.
