Anna Chellu is a Telugu drama. Ravi (Ramesh Babu), a factory mechanic lives with sister Seetha (Soundarya). His best friend is Raju (Rajkumar), the factory's union leader. Ravi becomes a rich business while Raju loses his job. He begins to work in Ravi's factory. Ravi beats up Raju when he learns that he is in love with Seetha. However, he agrees for the marriage on one condition; that Raju's family lives in his house.
