While his wife could stay overnight at the hospital he was thrown out in the night, with nothing to do but wasting time until morning where he could return to his family. The film reconstructs the two nights of uncertainty, this fall into darkness, the helpless fear, he revisits the locations he has been, tries to produce a precise impression of what is felt like back then.
