Needing to raise some quick cash, a homeless panhandler claims to be the Tooth Fairy in order to con neighborhood kids out of their money. Quickly, he encounters a precocious young girl who doesn't believe him. But when he discovers that she also doubts anything that requires the suspension of disbelief, he becomes determined to change her worldview by proving to her that magic is real
