Batoul, a 28-year-old doctor, is discovering love. She comes from a bourgeois but conservative background where dating a man before marriage is out of the question. But the day she meets Hamza, a divorced father, she lets herself go and transgresses all the principles she has always upheld to give herself to the man who fascinates her and live a passionate love affair with him. For his part, Hamza has no desire to commit himself whereas Batoul's attachment to tradition, hitherto discreet, becomes increasingly obvious and a source of tension for the couple.—Guy Bellinger
