An Administrator of the Justice Departments Financial Fraud Division, (Rex Linn) consults with a retired agent, (James Carroll) in hopes of educating the public before they become victims.

Ray Henley, (Rex Linn) is an administrator with the Financial Fraud Division of the US Justice Department. He has a seller record of putting the con artists behind bars, but realizes that he can not help the many victims left behind. He solicits the help of his old friend, retired agent Tom Wells, (James Carroll) to discuss his cases. Together they work to continue stopping cons and educate people to avoid losing their hard earned savings.
