Two brothers Abhay and Nirbhay come across their lookalikes and decide to interchange their lives with their lookalikes'.

Abhay,Nirbhay are look a like of Bhupal and Kailash.Bhupal (Ashok Saraf),Kailash (Sachin Pidgaonkar) are thughs and poor guys live their lives by manipulating people.They robb manager of Abhay-Nirbhay.Manger notice that they're looks like his bosses. In between Abhay-Nirbhay's uncle loses a court case against Abhay-Nirbhay ,after that he decided to take revenge on Abhay-Nirbhay.that's why Abhay-Nirbhay's grandmother tells his concern to their loyal manager know as Divanji. Divanji meet Bhupal-Kailash and tells them 'I will give you a job,to live as a two business tycoons Abhay-Nirbhay ' He will give them one hundred thousand rupees.Bhupal and Kailash agrees to this works and go with Divanji.Bhupal and Kailash are bold and a savage by nature learn how to live like rich people .They later learn that why Divanji replaced him on the place of Abhay-Nirbhay.They fight against Abhay-Nirbhay's uncle.—dhayadek
