María is a successful woman in the eyes of society. However, after several years of fighting a tortuous past, she has not been able to regain what matters most. On this path to self-destruction, Maria starts receiving death threats.

María Teresa Maradei is a successful businesswoman. She met Daniel in Barcelona, with whom she married and had two daughters. Then she fell into depression and divorced, after which she traveled to Buenos Aires, where her ex-husband and her daughters also live. Despite her appearance as a strong woman, María Teresa hides a great fragility that is finally broken when a court order takes her away from her daughters.
