The show focuses on the world of actors 'filled with lies' through the residents of Cihangir, which is one of Istanbul's most cosmopolitan neighborhoods. The first few episodes are mostly about the cultural and generational differences between two neighbor families: actors taking part in a second-quality TV series, and a traditional Turkish family. Later in the series, the complicated and funny relationships of the whole neighborhood are shown. It is a TV series about the lives of actors and actresses in Cihangir, Istanbul, an up-and-coming neighbourhood with a lot of bohemians and nouveau riche families. Two actresses move in together with of one of the actresses' brother, who befriends one of the main actors on the show, Frat'n Yazgs. They move in next door to a conservative family and frequently interact with them on the shared terrace of their apartment building.
