A man enters a mysterious portal to search for his girlfriend only to discover there's more than just her on the other side.

Roberts girlfriend Desi falls through what is called a "contact zone" and no-clips (glitches / falls) into a different reality which is non-linear in nature and seemingly devoid of life, called "the Backrooms". After noticing she has gone missing and the police unwilling to help, Robert decides to enter the Backrooms through the same contact zone his girlfriend fell through in order to find her. What he finds is a hostile environment, entities, a deadly bacteria, and a corrupt company struggling to keep the dangers of the Backrooms a secret in order to keep receiving their funding.—Robert Scott (Director)
