With the help of his loyal forces, one man, Dakota Schill, (David "Shark" Fralick) armed with his crack factory will get the alien intruders addicted to crack, instead. Dakota battles against the aliens until the Alien King, (Paul Logan) descends to earth and decides that it's in the best interest of Planet Rehab to negotiate a deal with Schill. Dakota's sister, The sexy Pooty (Jennifer Siebel Newsom) Is involved in a relationship with Jizz, (Ted Monte) who is a hybrid and can't get off the crack. It's a crazy and zany ride as the voluptuous Alien On Crack Enforcer, (AOC) DESIREE 001 (TJ Myers) tries to round up the incorrigible Aliens and send them to Planet Rehab. As if her job wasn't irritating enough, there's another AOC Enforcer (Will Prosser) on her tail, trying to beat her to the bounty. Then, there's the neighborhood kid, (Olivia Day) who's protected from the insanity of the band of misfits.
