Five years after their spaceship crashed on Earth, the Tenctonese "Newcomers" deal with prejudice and discrimination as they try to adjust to life in Los Angeles. Detective Matt Sikes and his Newcomer partner, George Francisco, investigate a series of odd occurrences, including the death of Sikes's former partner.
