Milagros, an orphan who was born and raised in a convent, must leave at age 18. She gets a job at the Belmonte mansion as a maid for Regina and falls in love with Alejandro, the son of Luciana and Constancio. The two fight for their love when Alejandro's family try to break them apart and old family secrets threaten their future.
