An international thief is coerced by the CIA into pulling a heist that involves a drug cartel submarine and a young girl being held hostage. He reunites with his old crew to pull off the job, but things get dicey when the word gets out to the CARTEL that he intends to pull the heist, the CIA intends to screw him, and he's falling for a woman that might take him down as well.
