Two bickering ex-marine pilots, "Horseshoe" Donovan (Larry Blake) and "Slats" Harrrington, looking for further adventures, following their discharge from the Marine Corps. sign on as flying policeman for the dictator of a banana-republic south sea island during a rebellion against El Presidento (Michael Visaroff) and his hirelings.
