Film editor John Stephenson is on a merry go round of alcohol abuse when he receives some difficult news from his doctor regarding his recent skin cancer biopsy. Faced with a probable terminal outcome, John attempts to reconnect with his estranged fourteen-year-old son Aiden. With time against him, John invites Aiden to join him on his film shoot out at the old family farm, hoping to re establish their bond and complete his 'bucket list'. One by one, the actors go missing over the ensuing days and John quickly realizes that Aiden is not the innocent boy he remembers.
