This movie is about two lovers of a poor neighbourhood. Hüsnü and Müjgan love each other and they are on the brink of getting married. However, the son of Müjgan's boss sees her and proposes Müjgan's mother to marry Müjgan. Müjgan's mother wants her to marry this rich man. Hüsnü, with tears in his eyes, watches Müjgan leave him and the neighbourhood.
