John and Sam are scavengers and stumble upon important government files but cannot open them. The only way to open it is to go to the home computer. To their surprise there are children living in the bunker where the files can be opened, Julia and Matthew. They are then hunted down by what is left of the government. All the kids want is to be with their parents. Unfortunately, their mother had been killed by the government and their father captured.
