Summaries

Wallace Phillips (Tearle) is tricked out of his share of his father's fortune by his brother Gordon (also played by Tearle). Wallace changes places with his brother and manages to fool even Gordon's wife (Keefe).

Two brothers take opposite paths in their lives. Gordon Phillips (Conway Tearle) is wealthy but becomes a drug addict. Wallace Phillips (also played by Conway Tearle) is poor and wants revenge on his brother, who cheated him out of their father's fortune. One day, in a Chinese restaurant, Mock Sing (Warren Black) notices the resemblance between Wallace and a man in the back room taking opium, who happens to be Gordon. Mock Sing suggests to Warren that he impersonate Gordon to reclaim his riches. Wallace agrees to impersonate Gordon.—scsu1975
