While on the road, Elijah's car breaks down and leaves him stranded in an abnormal town. While stranded he is welcomed by a retired "mechanic" who offers to help and a place to stay. Unbeknownst to Elijah the mechanic is a serial killer.

While on the road to move into his friend's new place, Elijah Insons, a struggling actor(played by Jacob Persaud), finds himself lost in an unfamiliar town. While passing through the neighborhood his car inconveniently breaks down in front of the house of a 70 year old retired mechanic and seemingly good Samaritan who, as it happens to be , is also a never convicted serial killer. Elijah is offered a place to stay for a few nights as the retired mechanic, Malum Lues (played by Robert Marsden), fixes the young man's car. As Elijah unknowingly stays in the home of a mass murderer the true predatory, deranged and blood lusting nature of the "hospitable" old man, is hidden behind a false, warm persona/ character performance which Malum uses to lure his next potential victim, who has quite literally been dropped on his doorstep. Will Elijah come to his surroundings before it is too late? Or will he join all of the other helpless souls that Malum has already taken?—Kieran Persaud
