Emma (Laysla De Oliveira) and Drew (Giacomo Gianniotti) are in the middle of their first long-term committed relationships--he with his restaurateur girlfriend, she with a ceramicist. His situation is complicated by the fact they just bought a Toronto home together and can't even afford a couch yet. Her plan include leaving for Montreal in the fall to complete graduate studies in English, with her boyfriend hoping to leave soon for Japan to study pottery. They are very attracted to each other and also feel a bit stuck in life and their current relationships, yearning for change. Is a new relationship the right thing? She finally asks him to commit to her by leaving his girlfriend. What will be his decision?
