Gopinath (Ashok Saraf) is a poor guy lives in a bungalow of a rich man Kirtikar's (Sachin Pidagaonkar) .when he leaves the country for holidays.He do this stuff every year for three months.at that time he lives in bungalow a man comes to complain to Mr.Kirtiksr 'cause Kirtikar's mans destroyed his small shop of fast food.He miss understood Gopinath as Mr.Kirtikar .But Gopinath didn't tell him that he's not Kirtikar's or his living in someone else's bungalow without knowing the owner.gopinathis a poor man and he knows hardship so he help the person (Laxmikant Berde) to open new shop .
Kedar Kirtikar and his family is away from home in London for 3 months every year.During this period a poor Gopu Kaka (Gopinath) starts living in their house pretending to be the owner.Kashiram whose snack stall gets demolished by Kedar's company and wants compensation.In turn Gopu Kaka offers him a new stall and shelter's him in the house.Kedar's sister Kanan surprisingly visits the house and finds Gopu Kaka and Kashiram but hides her identity.She and Kashiram later fall in love. Kedar opposes to this but to test Kashiram he along with wife Madhura pretend to be servants and start working in their own house.Its then Kedar realizes how good Kashiram is and also gets touched by Gopu Kaka's kindness who believes spreading happiness.—[email protected]

The owners of the bungalow goes abroad to vacation for three months annually.A small food shop owner's shop is demolished by police and lawyers of business man , Kedar Kirtikar.The shop owner then goes to the bungalow of Kedar Kirtikar and tells him how cruelly his man demolished his small shop.After this how he will survive? ,he doesn't have place to live.his shop was the place he used to live.he have little sister she is studying in Pune. How he will pay his school fees ?Gopu Kaka let live a poor burger maker Kashinath In the house. Once when the owners sister, Kanan surprisingly quit vacation and come back to house she find out that a poor , kind person Gopu Kaka lives in their house when they go abroad. She doesn't tells them that she is sister of house owner. She beg Gopu Kaka-Kashinatha to let her live in the house ; they agrees. Kanan falls in love with Kashinath. She tells his brother and bungalow owner Kedar Kirtikar (Sachin Pilgaonkar) that she wants to marry Kashinath. But Kedar disagree but Kanan tell him to live in bungalow as a servant and examine Kashinatha and then decide , Is Kashinatha is good boy or not. First Kedar comes in bungalow as servant and after that his wife Madhura ( Supriya Pilgaonkar) comes as female servant. They never tells Gopu Kaka that they are owner of the bungalow. They let Kanan marry to Kashinatha and decide to let Gopu Kaka in their house every year for three months. Kedar Kirtikar and Madhura also decided that they will live in the bungalow as servant when Gopu Kaka will live as owner.
