King Farooq finds himself submitting to the orders of the British to appoint Mustafa el-Nahhas as head of the ministry. During his trip to El-Qassasin, he is injured in a collision. He meets Dr. Yusuf Rashad and his wife Nuha. He admires the woman and assigns her to work in the palace as his maid.
