A truth speaking cow encounters a hungry tiger which has been displaced by mindless destruction of the forest. An impending drought awaits their village. The movie is an adaptation of a folk song in Karnataka.

The plot revolves around the village and its people who discover the cost of destroying the jungles around them and its impact on the river Kaveri. The events lead to the cow having to go farther to graze and encountering a hungry tiger, that has lost its habitat due to the mindless hunting and deforestation.—Ravishankar Venkateswaran
