A driver learns the importance of obeying traffic regulations.

This movie begins with a recently promoted female traffic police captain named "Un Suk" who is responsible for Post #15. Since working there, she has noticed two specific drivers who appear to have little regard for traffic regulations. The first is a man named "Gyong Chan" who drives a van for a wholesale food distributor. The other driver goes by the name of "Nam Chol" and he happens to be the chauffeur for the head of the country's research institute. As it so happens, there are special circumstances with both Gyong Chan and Nam Chol which Un Suk is about to discover.—Uriah43
