The show features a group of 100 anonymous, known as HouseGuests, cram into an average sized family home in the bid to become the last person standing and win a jackpot prize, while being continuously watched by television cameras.
In the program, 100 anonymous people - in a mixture of personalities from different social classes, religions, ethnicities and professions - become "houseguests" and would have to live together in a house designed to hold just four people. The big difference is that those who managed the initial prize of R$ 1 million were the participants themselves. The groceries of the house were only enough for a small family, and it was the confined who determined what was necessary to buy to survive inside the residence, in order to win the remaining amount of the initial prize.—R7
