The plot is based on the life and contribution of Binoy, Badal and Dinesh, revolutionary trio. On 8 December 1930 they entered into the Writers' Building and killed British officers.

Three young Indian revolutionaries, Binay, Badal, and Dinesh, decide to enter the Writers' Building to kill Colonel Simpson, a brutal British Officer, to terrorise the British government.
