Intense tale of the young gunsmith named Isaiah who's in a race to save the lives of the endangered youth.

54:17 follows Isaiah (Frantzy Moreau), a young gunsmith, has a vision of five different gun violent influenced events on a television monitor while at work. These vision were events which include a gang warfare between Blue (Frantzdy Alexandre) and Block 1 gang (Jesse Lewis, etc.) and Big Pete (Jeanmax Jolicoeur) and Block 2 gang (Joseph Henry, etc), Andrew (Sean Cosentino) a teeenager suffering dementia leading to school shooting, hooded youth Andre (Carl Henry) vs neighborhood watch leader Robert(Jason Gracia), off-duty cop Harvey (Thomas Falborn) disputes with Chicago girl Tamia (Katrina Naar) and her friends (Michael J. Sanchez) and Rookie cop Parker (Peter Martin) profiles Bronx teenager Lamarcus (Allen Augustin) with suspicion of narcotics. Isaiah realizes while simultaneously crafting a new firearm that he is controlling all these events by his works and decides the fate of the lives in every vision.
