The film takes place in Belgrade within the course of 24 hours. It follows a few stories and speaks about young urban characters, their lives, their ideals and feelings, and raises the question of whether they still have them.

Urban mosaic of characters, their lives, ideals and feelings are brought together by an irresistible desire for easy money, wild fun and careless morning. Behind the scene of that vice empire in Belgrade night club 4 Roses, in the very center of an uncontrolled puzzle, where a fierce struggle takes place, often on the other side of the law, one ordinary man stands.
