An egotistical cop embarks on a race to catch a major drug dealer after his wife is murdered while training a rookie cop who must decide if he is black or blue. In 30331 it's split between two area The Plex which is a black run gang and The Wall which is a Mexican run gang who both try to take over each others territory while avoiding the police.
