'3:Ten - A Found Objects Piece' is an experimental, non-narrative case study by filmmaker Carissa Green. It investigates the modality of film-as-dance using only found objects as source footage... examining human kinesiology as applied to motion pictures. It embraces both the movement taking place within the frame and the actual film, itself, as the shots are chosen, mixed and cut. Secondly, it is an exploration of finding beauty in the syncopation of everyday life. Even something as simple as the inherent rhythm of passing objects while driving can come as a surprise. Finally, it seeks to consider how little one can start with yet still create a meaningful and valid piece of art.—Anonymous
