Thirteen contestants compete to avoid elimination in scenarios that exploit their deepest fears. They face shocking surprises, psychological scares, and "beware of the dark" moments, all orchestrated by a mastermind of terror. He manipulates some to turn against the others, creating an atmosphere of distrust. Each week, one or two victims are "killed off" through chilling challenges until only one remains to claim the $66,666 prize.
