This video is set in the rain forest of Mt Glorious, Queensland takes the viewer to the bottom of the garden where the slow decomposition of a cotton mattress has been filmed over one year. The notion that the bed has memory and with its slow decomposition - can be buried. The soul of the mattress becoming part of the forest, leaving behind no trace of its owner. We carry events within our bodies to be replayed again and again until at some point we are forced to address our past. Let then the past decompose naturally, to find a new and better way to live, sleep and dream. This is about a new future, it starts with ourselves.—Anonymous
