A group of doctors at a newly opened clinic work to help people who face various problems with physical or mental illness in their everyday lives due to social media.

Ichito Kurihara is a doctor at a small hospital in Nagano Prefecture. The hospital doesn't have enough doctors, which means Ichito handles many different medical fields. He is always busy.

Reiji Mano is a forensic science researcher at the Scientific Research Laboratory in the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department. He is good at his job, possessing a vast amount of knowledge and having excellent technique. He does not cooperate with others. When he works on a case, he excludes subjective views and speculation. Reiji hates the media and their thirst for sensational news. When he was a child, Reiji experience a terrible case. He has looked for the truth in that case. Nonna Sawaguchi is a rookie forensic science researcher. She begins to work with Reiji. Because of their work together, Reiji begins to open his mind to others and Nonna grows up as a forensic science researcher.

Set within a hospital police box which deals with patient disputes, complaints and other various duties, the story centers on Murai Osamu, a hospital-internal detective, and Sakakibara Shunsuke, a genius surgeon, who clash over their differing interpretations of what "justice" means.

Follows the work and lives of four emergency room doctors.
