Battle for Berlin: WWII

About the struggle of Greek patriots against the fascist invaders in May 1941, when German troops landed on the island of Crete.

Inspired by the true events of the British SAS during WW2 as they formed part of Operation Titanic, In the early hours of June 6th 1944 small numbers of men from the 2nd SAS were dropped with hundreds of dummy paratroopers to give the impression of a large scale invasion behind the enemy lines of Normandy prior to the Allied Invasion of D Day in order to cause havoc and mayhem while drawing the German occupying forces away from the beaches and Allied drop zones, left behind enemy lines alone, the brave soldiers of the SAS must do what they can to survive while there British, Canadian and French brothers in arms fight at Merville Battery and Pegasus bridge and land on Sword Beach.

The film is dedicated to the legendary Panfilov division, which fought in the Volokolamsk direction near Moscow in 1941, stopped the Nazis and went on the counteroffensive. During the second general offensive of the Wehrmacht against Moscow from November 16 to November 18, 1941, the battalion under the command of B. Momysh-Uly fought heroically on the Volokolamsk highway near the village of Matryonino near Moscow. The skillful leadership of the battalion commander made it possible to detain the Nazis at this turn for three days.

During military exercise a group of commandos walks into a mine field that has been left over since WWII. The only person who can save the trapped men is Serba, a surviving soldier of WWII, who was in the field back in 1943.
