Dagen and Kenny are two best friends in their early thirties living in New York who are looking for love in all the wrong places. Follows one day in the life of 12 residents of a multicultural inner-city suburb of Melbourne, who all visit an ageing pawnbroker. Within a day, lives intersect and motives are examined.
