Haunted by an impossible dream, an isolated prisoner must persuade his new cellmate to help him escape before his sanity is consumed by the four walls of their cell.
We meet a young girl that comes across a groupie in a parking lot, whom she asks if the young girl would like to come home with her. When they get there we discover a band family where everyone sleeps with everyone. All the madness is dictated by pretty boy band leader Rick Lutze.
Elma, a young writer, gets dumped by her girlfriend. Along her path to recovery, she sets out on a spiritual, physical, and meta-physical odyssey throughout the Swedish countryside. She encounters a number of equally wandering souls, longing for some company on the roads, while the past, present and future of Sweden slowly unravels.
