Summary Tatya Vinchu a dreaded gangster meets Baba Chamatkar and takes a Mantra from him by which he can transfer his soul to another thing when death is near.Inspector Mahesh kills Tataya Vinchu in a police chase where with the help of Mantra Tatya Vinchu transfers his soul into a nearby doll.Lakshya a ventriloquist receives the doll as a gift from his cousin Gauri but he is surprised that the doll speaks himself and calls himself Tatya Vinchu. Lakshya and his mother are in debts with Dhanajirao who takes all the belongings of the house including Tatya Vinchu and kicks him in anger.Tatya Vinchu kills Dhanajirao and Lakshya is found guilty he tells everyone that the doll had committed the crime but no one believes him.Inspetor Mahesh handles the case and Lakshya being Gauri's cousin tries to do whatever he can.The postmortem report suggest Dhanajirao died of heart attack and Lakshya is innocent.But Tatya Vinchu doesn't stop here but now he wants to enter into a human body and targets Lakshya.
