Nurse Ibrahim practices the profession of medicine despite the fact that he does not carry what qualifies for him to perform this profession, and owns a clinic in his village, and with the beginning of work, he falls in love with the orphaned girl Nadia, and Ibrahim works to raise the most money by deceiving the healthy people of the village that they are sick.
