Clarissa Rosales is a social climber who will do everything to achieve her ambitions, whatever the cost. With help from the Gardamontes, the couple for whom her father works, Clarissa gets a taste of the life she's always craved. Using her charm and wits, Clarissa gets the life she wanted, but there are still hindrances: Gardamonte's heir refuses to accept her, and her uncle does not trust her at all. Yet she endures their scorn to keep receiving the blessings offered by her new family. She's still discontented, and as she continues to chase after the good life, she gradually loses the reasons why she is aiming for it in the first place. Who could possibly stop ambitious Clarissa?

Khaohom is the daughter of a rich heiress. But because her paternal grandfather disapproved of her birth and of her father, her mother had no choice but to give her to an orphanage and then lost all trace of her. Khaohom grew up surrounded with love and care and became a beautiful, brave and kind woman who doesn't hesitate to stand up against injustice. She then meets cousins Techit and Nawa. Nawa grew up with the love and care of his father, unlike Techit who only received harshness and coldness from his father. Techit develops a rivalry with his talented and popular cousin who is loved by all until Nawa has a car accident that leaves his legs paralyzed. Nawa then develops an inferiority complex and becomes aggressive but Khaohom makes him smile again and he falls in love with her. She meets Techit when his dad, who owns the land where she and the other orphans live, sends him to tell them to leave. She immediately hates him as he is aggressive and arrogant. Although he first despises her, he quickly grows attracted to her. Motivated by his desire to win over Nawa and to have Khaohom, he blackmails her into becoming his fiancee if she wants to save the orphanage. This awakes the jealousy of Ratee, another orphan who likes Techit. When Ratee realizes that Khaohom's birth mother is a rich woman and that she's looking for Khaohom, Ratee takes that opportunity to steal Khaohom's birthright.

Euis and four of his friends, namely Deni, Rindu, Andi, and Ima, better known as Geng Kampung, are currently in high school and will take part in the national level quiz competition.
