Wonderful piece of film noire. Great acting, París, well, as beautiful as ever. Love the plot gaps, force you to thunk. To imagine. The whole story is never revealed. Highly recommended. Marie is delicious.

Fleeing fame, the writer Anatole Hirsch decides to publish his new book under the name of his cousin, Martin Bassane. This book wins the Prix Goncourt. A film inspired by the story of Romain Gary.

On the surface, Ray Ryan has it all. He's a successful advertising executive with a new promotion. He has a nice home and a beautiful fiancée.
