Both "Butsch" and Viola Delbrück are very busy with themselves when a ten year old boy demands their full attention. It lies in the trunk of a car whose owner was found murdered. Ironically, at the old executioner's house at Finstertor. The boy does not speak, apparently has no relatives, is obviously deeply disturbed - and almost instantly takes a deep confidence in Butsch. Which is not exactly conducive to the somewhat tense relationship between Butsch and Viola.

"Butsch" is happy. He is sitting in the sun with his ex-wife Thea and is happy about the completely unexpected visit from Juro Schwarzbach, a mutual friend from his youth. Viola Delbrück bursts into this idyll with the news that the Görlitz inspector has been charged with rape. What sounds like a bad joke quickly becomes an existential threat. And although Viola tries everything to prove her colleague's innocence, the noose is tightening. By the time "Butsch's" police instincts wake up again, it will be almost too late .

So Viola Delbrück not only has to solve a murder, she also has the task of getting her colleague back on their feet in the truest sense of the word.

Der Beginn eines Alptraumes, der 20 Stunden dauern soll.

Ein Verdächtiger ist im Polizeigewahrsam gestorben, Dr. Grimm (Stephan Grossmann) deshalb suspendiert und Viola Delbrück (Yvonne Catterfeld) aktuell Chefin - von Burkhard "Butsch" Schulz (Götz Schubert). Keine einfache Ausgangssituation, um den rätselhaften Tod aufzuklären und Grimm zu rehabilitieren. Ausgerechnet in dieser explosiven Gemengelage gibt es einen neuen Fall, den Butsch vor Ort und Viola Delbrück am Schreibtisch zu lösen versuchen. Teamarbeit? War gestern. Aber dann enthüllt sich allmählich der wahre Hintergrund der Geschichte. Und den können die beiden Kommissare nur gemeinsam durchdringen.

Denn Dr. Grimm (Stephan Grossmann) ist rehabilitiert und sitzt wieder in seinem Chefsessel, verhält sich aber selbst für seine Verhältnisse mehr als eigenartig. Butsch denkt an Staatsanwältin Anne Konzak (Christina Große) und rätselt, wie ernst es mit ihnen beiden ist. Viola träumt einen amüsanten Traum und sieht sich einem neuen mütterlichen Plan ausgesetzt.

A woman fell from the balcony in an inconspicuous prefabricated housing estate on the outskirts of Görlitz. Apparently suicide. When Böhme finds pressure marks on his neck that indicate attempted strangulation, what was once a clear-cut case suddenly becomes extremely complex. And one that puts Butsch in turmoil, makes him doubt and almost despair. Bite it together, Dr. Grimm in "his" prosecutor Anne Konzak, while Viola thinks she urgently needs to take care of her mother.

In diesem Fall werden die beiden Kommissare Viola Delbrück und "Butsch" Schulz mit einem teuflischen Gegner konfrontiert, der alles daransetzt, die Staatsanwältin Anne Konzak zu diskreditieren, die zarte Liebe zwischen Butsch und Anne zu vernichten und das Vertrauen zwischen Butsch und Viola für immer zu zerstören. Alles beginnt mit einem Anruf, der Viola Delbrück beim Joggen erreicht. Und der kommt direkt aus der Hölle. So würde Butsch es jedenfalls nennen. Erst einmal weiß er allerdings von nichts. Was sich zu einem gewaltigen Problem auswächst. Denn die Anruferin ist niemand anders als Jenni Meißner alias Brad, langgesuchter Kopf einer Mafia-Bande, die unsere Helden schon eine ganze Weile beschäftigt. Nun will sie aussteigen. Und schlägt Viola einen Deal vor. Die Bedingung: Viola muss schweigen. Vor allem gegenüber Butsch und "seiner" Staatsanwältin.

Schwarzer Spiegel

Ein Toter, der aussieht wie Butsch (Götz Schubert), verblüfft Viola (Yvonne Catterfeld) und Böhme (Jan Dose). Butsch selbst bleibt erst einmal unbeeindruckt, bis er in der Tasche des Toten einen Polizeiausweis findet, ausgestellt auf den Namen "Butsch". Was soll das? Wollte der Kerl seine Identität stehlen? Die Suche nach dem Täter führt Butsch und Viola mitten in die Proben zu einem Theaterstück des renommierten Regisseur Melchior Steinberg (Stephan Kampwirth). Nur ist es nicht irgendein Stück, sondern eine "murder mystery" mit zwei uns sehr bekannten Hauptfiguren: Butsch und Kessie. Kein Wunder, dass Butsch erst einmal vollkommen fassungslos ist. Zumal er feststellen muss, dass Revierleiter Grimm (Stephan Grossmann) seine Finger im Spiel hat.
