Hooperz tells the story of a group of students who play on a netball team. The variety of characters and backgrounds in this team is brought together to make an interesting story. The netball court became a place for them to escape from their boring routine life. All of them later formed a netball team called Hooperz. Despite the various obstacles that happened to these characters, it did not affect their enthusiasm to go to the finals of the Annual Netball Tournament.

Two friends have sex just for fun. One day they make a blood test, just for fun, and they discover that one of them has AIDS, not knowing who.

Maria and Jeffrey are a couple in their seventies whose marriage is in crisis. Maria tries to get their two sons and one daughter and their grandchildren together to celebrate the birthday of Assunta, their grandmother, the owner of Maria's beautiful house which remains standing despite the ravages of time.

An unlikely friendship develops between two men, one an ex-rock star, the other a small town guy with cerebral palsy. Ex-rocker Jeremy has found the love of his life, but can't commit due to his three failed marriages. His friend, Bobby has never had sex or even kissed a girl.

Elmer Stone, quarterback of the 1899 Colton College football team vows to remain a student until Colton beats its biggest rival, State University. Twenty-seven years later, Elmer is still in school and is a classmate of his son, Jack. Other than driving a milk wagon in his spare time, Jack is also the quarterback of the football team. A matter of his eligibility comes up but he is cleared and goes out to do-or-die for Colton against State University. Maybe they will win The Big Game, and Jack's father can get a life...and a job.

Candida is the wife of a famous clergyman, the Reverend James Mavor Morell. Morell is a Christian Socialist, popular in the Church of England, but Candida is responsible for much of his success.
