Summary In a small town, all citizens were wearing same masks, same suits, and using same brushes to paint all the things in white, including animals and plants. Behind the town, there was a mysterious mountain which was considered as taboo, until a escaping bird got crash on protagonist. His mask fell down, and he realized that the mountain became colourful from pale. Thus he was attracted and no longer wear the mask. But at that moment, he became deviant, an enemy of other citizens. Bird guided protagonist to go to the mountain, a place that presented hope for changing his life. After chasing, protagonist felt cornered. The bear, a collective creature of all citizens, tried to kill the bird. To save the bird, protagonist gave up to and wear the mask again.
