Thomas and Percy got invited by Professor Mons to JnJ City. Thomas and Percy we're soon given some money so they can spend them for their rent on a small cabin.

After they left Professor Mons' office, the trains suddenly came across a group of superheroes called "The Avengers". Thomas starts to greet and welcome them to JnJ City. But Thor thinks that Thomas and Percy are enemies that tries to attack them. Thomas finds a pair of scissors and use them to stab Thor's finger. But Iron Man threatens the trains that they will kill them if they didn't introduce themselves. Once Thomas begs The Avengers from killing them, Captain America tells his friends that they might be invited to JnJ City too. Percy then tells them that they will be staying in a small cabin.

Once the gang arrives to their cabin, Loki goes to a toilet while Percy texts James on his iPhone. Thor tricks the trains that they're not actually friends. The characters once again fight each other. Thor stabs Thomas' face with his Strom Breaker. Percy soon fights back by running over Thor. Captain America use his shield to block Thomas' attack. Percy then shoots Iron Man with a nerf gun. Thomas then cuts Thor's hair with his scissors. The fight goes on for 5 hours straight until Thomas blew up the cabin with a bomb.

Loki finally gets out of the toilet after 5 hours and asks what just happened. Thor soon apologizes Thomas and Percy for fighting them. Thor then offers the trains some food for tomorrow. But Percy denies it, much to Thor and Thomas' disappointment.

Thomas, Percy, and Thor travels to Mid City to join a cooking competition. With the help from SpongeBob and Patrick, they will get extra rewards from the competition. The characters will stay at a hotel and have fun in Mid City. Will they win the competition and go home with the trophy?
