Summary In the sleepy beach town of Seabrook, strange occurrences begin to unfold as spring break festivities kick into high gear. The locals, led by eccentric Mayor Hank, are gearing up for the annual beach party when a mysterious toxic spill from a nearby research facility contaminates the ocean. Unbeknownst to the partygoers, the toxic spill reanimates the dead marine life, turning them into water zombies with a taste for human flesh.
