A collection of 7 animation films inspired by the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child. The originality of Part 3 lies in the many opportunities it provides for seeing how human rights apply in an intercultural context.

They live in a small apartment building in Cleveland Heights Ohio with Deacon's Mother and her 7 cat's; Trying to make it in the music biz when they encounter 5 alien space cats from planet 'Catopia,'
