A father and daughter's desperate struggle to survive the Vietnam war.

Spanish Civil War, Alava front1937. CNT militias come to reinforce the army.

Partisans attack a column of hundred german trucks cisterns, that carry fuel to the front. However, their action is difficult, as Germans have chained Soviet prisoners to the driving wheels. The mission is to stop and destroy the column and save the lives of the prisoners.

1939, border occupation. Swiss men in uniform spend their time in the service. The only diversion is the excursions to the Cerf country pub. At the center of this 1940 classic is the innkeeper's daughter Marguerite.
