Trennung auf Italienisch

Summary The divorce has been finalized for a year, and Eva and Marc would prefer to avoid each other forever. But the former dream couple have no choice: to sell their old holiday home, they have to meet again in South Tyrol. Fortunately, a potential buyer couple has already been found, and the deal could be done quickly - but unfortunately, after years of vacancy, the picturesque farmhouse turns out to be pretty run down. In order to persuade the horrified buyers to buy, Eva and Marc have five days to get the dilapidated building back into shape. Since no craftsman can be found quickly, they are forced to hire the sly Giovanni, whose team consists of his fiancée Isabella, the young womanizer Stefano and the senile Luigi. The renovation is progressing rather slowly, because Giovanni and his chaotic crew are above all masters of work avoidance. Eva and Marc do their best to speed up the construction work. But it's not just their skilled tradesmen that stand in their way, they're also standing in their way. Both pretend to have settled into their lives without each other. They have found new life partners. Marc is with Sophie, who is as beautiful as she is energetic and with whom he will soon move to Shanghai; Eva is with the attractive Felix, who - unlike Marc - can accept her as she is. But Marc and Eva are not really done with each other yet. They still have too much left. Working together in the old holiday home also brings back memories of better times. For the first time in a long time, they seem to be able to talk calmly about their past. But then Sophie and Felix unexpectedly turn up in South Tyrol. The two bring a breath of fresh air to the renovation work. But it quickly becomes clear that there is a lot of unspoken stuff in the air. The more time the two couples spend together on the small property, the more uncertain it suddenly seems whether their plans for the future will still work. View more details
